You will be staying in a space carefully designed to offer memorable experiences. Please treat it with care and respect.

Events: Parties or events are not allowed. You must check with the host for the cost of the additional fee per guest to allow entry.

Tobacco, vaping and electronic cigarettes: They are only allowed in the outdoor areas of the boutique house

Maximum number of guests: 12 guests included in the full accommodation rate. Up to 16 guests can be accommodated in the dormitories for an additional fee per person.

Advertising photographs and recordings: They are allowed with prior notice.

Important: Only registered guests are allowed into the boutique house.
Before he leaves

Close all windows and lock the doors when you leave the accommodation.

If you visit us in your private vehicle, do not start the vehicle until the parking gate is completely closed.

We ask that you do not keep food in the bedroom.

Anaterra Policies
To provide a better service for a safe and relax stay please read the following norms carefully and keep them in mind during your stay
1. General requirements
Every guest (and any other visitors) must follow the norms and other instructions provided by the host during your stay. Not compliance with these regulations may lead to the end of your stay
2. NOISE
Excessive loud noise is prohibited at anytime. However, there is a quite time established from 8:00 pm until 8:00 am
3. VISITORS
Every visit must comply with the norms listed in this document. Every visit has to be approved by the host before enter the premises and overnight stay will be subject to and additional fee indicated in the final price of the reservation. Guests are responsible to maintain the number of visitors permitted.
4. PROPERTY USE
Any gathering must be communicated and approved in advance during the booking process and its subject to an additional fee per person.

5. ILEGAL AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Following the provisions of laws 679 of 2001 and 1336 of 2009; issued to prevent and counteract exploitation, pornography and sexual tourism with minors; Anaterra SAS, identified with NIT. 901787628-0; establishes the current policy for prevention against it and also proscribes and avoids the use and sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in the tourist accommodation services offered in their facility
The use that will be given to the property is legal and is limited solely and exclusively to the rental of tourist accommodation and space for events, parties and gatherings. Carrying out conducts or activities that may be framed in any criminal type are not permitted.No activity aimed for adult audiovisual production, webcam modeling, webcam transmission of sexual content, in person or virtual prostitution, as well as any other similar or compatible activities will be carried out on the property.Respect the rules of policing and good conduct and consequently don’t affect the tranquility, reputation, morals of the community in general, of its neighbors, of OUR WORKERS, nor of THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY; therefore, it undertakes to come to the defense of any affected party in the event that, due to the activity carried out, the property raises any requirement.
The purpose may not be modified or altered by THE GUEST, in whole or partial, in the event that this occurs, THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY may terminate the period of stay of the guest and demand the immediate delivery of the rented property, as well as the corresponding compensation for damages including the payment of the penalty clause without further requirements.
THE GUEST shall not use the property for illicit purposes, may not conceal or deposit weapons, explosives or money from terrorist groups or contraband or stolen items, or for the manufacture, storage or sale of narcotic drugs or hallucinogenic and related substances; in the same way, THE GUEST compels not to store or allow flammable or explosive substances that endanger their safety in the rented property; therefore, in the event that an infectious-contagious disease occurs within the property, THE GUEST will be responsible for the disinfection costs required by the health authorities
6. PARKING
The guests and visitors must follow parking regulations and requirements. Four vehicles or SUV allowed and up to three motorcycles. It is not allowed to park vehicles in other areas of the property.
7. GARBAGE AND RECYCLE
Guests and visitors must ensure garbage and recycle are kept in accordance with the host’s instructions, will not leave any residuals in common or public areas.
Instructions for garbage and recycle as follows:
There is a garbage shut in the kitchen for disposal of organic waste, glass as bottles and containers not broken, plastic waste like bottles, lids, paper and disposable cutlery.
There are also garbage cans available located next to the barbecue area with their labels.
8. SAFETY
Is the guest responsibility to ensure windows and doors are closed before leaving the premises to maintain the safety of the place.
Guests have to turn off the lights, air conditioning, electronic devices when not in use, to reduce electricity consumption. Air conditioning cannot be on when guests are not in the house.
Our property has a 24-hour camera system, these cameras are located in the exterior of the house and the common areas. The main purpose pursued by video surveillance is to capture and/or processing of images to guarantee the safety of goods and people, and to provide a safe and protected environment, related to the supervision of safety situations of guests, customers, employees, contractors and visitors, management of health and safety and health, as well as the supervision of compliance with labor obligations and duties by workers,assist in crime prevention, incident investigation, prevent loss and/or damage to property and guests. Video surveillance has its limits and cannot be carried out in a way that violates the right to privacy. The images and videos will be stored for a period of no more than 15 calendar days.
For everyone's peace of mind, we have provided fire protection equipment, red fire extinguishers charged with carbon dioxide for BC type fires, located in the reception area, barbecue area and near the pool machine room.A yellow Multipurpose Fire Extinguisher suitable for preventing class A fires (wood, paper, fabrics, cotton), B (flammable liquids) and C (electrical equipment), located on the second floor of the house, near the bedrooms.
9. STEAM ROOM/HOT TUB/POOL
The hot tub and pool hours are 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. The rate includes the use of 1 hour of jacuzzi and 1 hour of hot tub per night per reservation.

For safety reasons, use of glass is not permitted around the areas
Guest must turn off the lights and power buttons when not in use.
10. BALCONY/TERRACE AND/OR YARD
Guests must ensure supervision and safety of kids when using these areas
11. TOBBACO
Smoking is allowed only in the exterior zones of the property
Dispose of Cigarette butts in the available ashtrays, not on the floor
12. ANIMALS
Animals are allowed for and additional fee specified in the final price. Only small breeds are allowed and the guest must ensure picking up and cleaning after their pets

14. REGISTRATION
After confirming your reservation, you must send us your personal data and those of your companion for proper registration in the Accommodation Registration Card (TRA- Tarjeta de Registro de Alojamiento) from the Ministry of Tourism of Colombia and to include in the Information System for Registration of Foreigners (SIRE- Sistema de Información para el Registro de Extranjeros) of Migration Colombia (this last one only applies to foreigners).
The failure to fill out and send the requested documents before your arrival, prevents us from allowing you to enter the accommodation. Failure to comply will lead to cancellation of the booking without refund.
15. COMPLIANCE
Failure to comply with any of these rules implies non-compliance with the conditions applicable to the accommodation rental contract.
The Owner/Host has the right to terminate the guest's stay period if the guest does not comply with the rules of this house or causes inconveniences to neighbors and other residents of the community.
